Welcome to the Apple Mentorship Program
Within the Apple Mentorship portal you can create a mentor relationship to help guide your development at Apple. There are resources available that will guide you on how to create an impactful mentoring relationship
To provide the best mentoring experience, you’ll want to make a profile and participate in program surveys. Your profile is used to match you with an Apple mentor or mentee. As a mentee in the program you will have the opportunity to personalize all of the matching criteria that the system uses to find the best mentor for you.
The survey data will be used to better develop the criteria to match you with a compatible partner, improve the mentoring tools and resources, and in conjunction with other I&D survey data help us further develop the mentoring program to better assist in career development at Apple.
As employees of Apple, Apple Mentorship Program members are expected to follow company policies and guidelines in all employee group activities including group email discussion. This includes, but is not limited to, complying with Apple Equal Employment Opportunity, Harassment, and Solicitation/Distribution policies.
